Horizon Management was established to operate and manage our upcoming
developments. Our vision encompasses the development of properties to
improve and revitalize communities.
Our current project, Riverview Plaza (Occupancy Fall 2009), will enhance the
already booming Mclean Boulevard of Paterson, NJ. Home Depot, Lowes,
Micro Center, Pep Boys amongst others have already established their
operations in this area of North Jersey. This strip mall will bring
other retailers looking to expand their business by taking advantage
of the diverse demographics in the area.
In the future, we plan to add housing, Flex warehousing and mixed use
development to our portfolio. |
